Some conditions and restrictions apply. Does not include initial installation charge. Services cover common pests such as ants, spiders, roaches, and seasonal invaders. Pricing is based on standard lot size and structure. Properties requiring additional structures (e.g., detached garages, guest houses, or sheds) may be subject to a site inspection and adjusted pricing.

Does not include treatment for termites, bed bugs, wildlife, or German roaches unless otherwise specified in a separate service agreement. Program requires a 12-month service commitment with automatic monthly billing. Early termination may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance of the annual agreement. Missed or skipped appointments may result in delayed or forfeited service for that month.
