Janssen Pest Solutions offers competitive hourly pay, commissions on sales and a comprehensive training program. We offer an IRA with company match and full benefits package available. We also have a very aggressive PTO policy that rewards your hard work!
The successful candidate must be drug free, have a clean driving record, pass a back ground check and have the ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. They also must be able to work in extreme environments including cold, hot and wet weather conditions for extended periods of time.
The right candidate will be provided with over 40 hours of hands on and on the job training in order to become state certified within 28 days of being hired.
Pay:
Hourly pay, commission and bonus opportunity (first year pays ranges from $35,000 to $50,000)
Training:
We will train you with over 4 weeks of paid training consisting of online, classroom and hands on training. Additionally you will receive weekly paid ongoing training to ensure your success.
